We sell whole, half, and quarter beef direct to consumers (Locker Beef), or whole animals to grocery stores/restaurants that have the capability of doing in-house butchering. You can also find us at the following locations:

Processing is done at Superior Meats Inc., Superior MT. Since we go to the processor every other Wednesday, it may take anywhere from 1-14 days before we bring your animal to slaughter. The beef is then aged for at least 14 days before being packaged. Therefore, please allow up to 1 month between ordering and delivery.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to communicate cutting instructions to Superior. Please see the buying guide link above if you’re not sure what you would prefer. You are then responsible for pickup of your order at the processor.
